The CitySens transparent planter with pine support and white matte base is a modern indoor hydroponic plant pot designed to showcase the entire growth of your plant, from leaves to roots. Using a soilless culture system, this transparent glass planter allows you to observe root development clearly while maintaining a clean and minimal look in your home. The plant is not included.
Each pot is unique and made from a reused glass bottle combined with a 3D-printed wooden biofilament stand. This sustainable indoor planter blends circular design, craftsmanship and contemporary home décor.
Made with 3D printing
The plant stand is produced on demand in the CitySens workshop in Tarragona using TuMaker NX Pro Direct Drive HR 3D printing technology. Each support is formed from 108 layers of 300 microns in height using polylactic acid (PLA) biopolymer mixed with 40% wood.
The biopolymer and wood combination gives the piece an organic texture and a subtle scent reminiscent of ground coffee or fresh wood. The filament is made in Jaén from PEFC-certified wood.
Reusing glass bottles by hand: upcycling bottles
To create the transparent flower pots, CitySens collaborates with Juan Righetti, a glass artisan based in Empordà, Girona. Through his Upcycling Bottles project, collected glass bottles from local bars and restaurants are cleaned and transformed through an artisanal process into decorative, functional indoor plant pots.

Each flowerpot is unique and may contain small imperfections due to the artisanal recycling process and 3D manufacturing with biopolymer and wood.
