Frequently asked questions

Do you offer gift wrapping?
Smart gardens and Oribon pots ship in their original packaging, which is presentation-quality. We do not currently add separate gift wrapping, but the original boxes for LetPot, Botanium, and Oribon are designed to look like gift packaging — no extra wrapping needed.

How fast is delivery within the EU?
From our Tallinn warehouse, tracked delivery to most EU countries takes 3-7 business days. Estonian addresses receive next-day or 2-day delivery. We dispatch within 24 hours for in-stock items ordered before 14:00 local time.

Can I include a gift message?
Yes — you can add a short personal message during checkout under the “Order notes” field. We print it on a card and slip it inside the box before sealing. There is no extra charge.

What is the best gift for a complete beginner?
An Oribon origami pot with bio microgreens or a Botanium starter kit — both produce a visible result within 1-2 weeks and require almost no skill or commitment from the recipient. For someone you want to gently introduce to indoor gardening, that visible quick win matters more than a big complex system.

Are smart gardens too complicated for older recipients?
Not the basic ones. A LetPot Mini or Botanium pot has a single button and the rest is automatic. For users who prefer no apps, choose the non-Wi-Fi models — LetPot Mini’s standard version works fully without a phone. We list app-required vs button-only on every PDP.
