About IndoorGarden

IndoorGarden is an Estonian online shop selling smart indoor gardens, hydroponic kits, seeds, planters, and grow accessories across Europe. We started in 2025 with a simple idea: anyone should be able to grow fresh herbs, leafy greens, and vegetables at home, regardless of season, climate, or how much sunlight their kitchen gets.

We ship from our warehouse in Tallinn, Estonia, with full EU coverage. Every product we list is something we have tested ourselves under real Baltic conditions — long dark winters, narrow windowsills, dry indoor air — so the recommendations on this site reflect what actually works, not what reads well on a brand page.

What we sell

Our catalogue is built around five categories: smart gardens (LetPot, Botanium, CitySens), hydroponic and self-watering planters, grow lights, seeds for indoor growing, and accessories ranging from EC and pH meters to organic fertilizers. We focus on products that solve a specific problem in indoor gardening — automated watering for busy households, full-spectrum LEDs for windows with no sun, compact systems for kitchen counters under 30 × 40 cm.

Who we are

The shop is led by Anna Laaspere, our COO, who has been growing herbs and vegetables indoors for more than 10 years. She started experimenting at home with her daughter, turning a single kitchen herb pot into a year-round routine. That hands-on background shapes the way we describe products, write our guides, and answer customer questions — we are gardeners first, and a shop second.

How we work

We test smart garden systems and indoor growing techniques before they reach the catalogue. Every product page on indoorgarden.ee includes the technical details that matter for a home grower — pod count, wattage, tank volume in litres, system dimensions in L × W × H, and what crops actually do well in it. When a product is not the right fit for your space, we say so on the page or in the buying guides.

Our blog and Free Tools section exist for the same reason: practical, beginner-friendly guidance based on what we have tested ourselves. We do not write generic listicles. We publish the things we wish someone had told us before our first hydroponics setup — DLI calculators, EC reference tables, troubleshooting for algae and root rot, side-by-side comparisons of LetPot Mini vs Air vs Senior.

What we promise

A 14-day return window on every product, a full 2-year warranty on smart gardens, and shipping from Estonia across Europe with tracked delivery. If something arrives damaged or stops working within the warranty period, we replace it or refund. There is a contact form for direct support, and we answer in English, Estonian, Latvian, and Lithuanian.

Why this matters

Indoor gardening in the Baltics and Northern Europe has historically meant fighting the climate — short summers, weak winter sunlight, dry centrally heated apartments. Smart gardens, hydroponics, and self-watering systems make year-round growing realistic for people who do not have a garden, a balcony, or a south-facing window. That is the audience we serve, and it is also why we run this shop from Tallinn rather than anywhere warmer.

If you are getting started with indoor gardening, our beginner’s guide and Free Tools page are the best starting points. If you already grow at home and want specific recommendations, the buying guides under each category will get you there faster than browsing the full catalogue.
