Yes, you will always receive an invoice by email for your order.
After your order is confirmed, the invoice is sent automatically to the email address you used at checkout. This applies to both private customers and company orders.
If you are ordering as a company with a valid EU VAT ID, we can issue a 0% VAT company invoice in accordance with EU intra-Community supply rules. In this case, please contact us before ordering so we can prepare the correct invoice.
Important notes
- Invoices are sent by email, not included in the parcel
- Please check your spam folder if you do not see the invoice
- EU B2B orders with a valid VAT ID may qualify for 0% VAT
