When reaching out, include your order number, a short description of the problem, and photos of the damaged product and packaging, if applicable. This helps us quickly assess the situation and work with the courier if needed.

If an item is confirmed to be damaged or missing, we will arrange an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or refund, in line with our policies and EU consumer protection rules.

  • Photos of the parcel and product help speed up the process
