Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive the returned product, in accordance with EU consumer protection rules.
Once your return has arrived at our warehouse and the item has been inspected, we will initiate the refund. The refund is always made using the same payment method that was used for the original purchase, unless agreed otherwise.
Please note that while we process refunds promptly, the time it takes for the refunded amount to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider and may take a few additional working days.
