IndoorGarden for business and institutions

IndoorGarden for business and institutions

We are a small Estonian online shop that sells smart indoor gardens, vertical planters, seeds and spare parts. Most of our customers are households, and organisations have started ordering too: offices, schools, kindergartens, care homes and companies looking for a Christmas gift that people actually use. If you are buying for an organisation and need an invoice, a written quote, the right VAT treatment or delivery to many addresses, this page explains how it works with us.

For the decision maker

  • Price range: gardens from €59 (LetPot Mini) to €249 (LetPot Max), CitySens vertical planters from €169, seed packets from €1.39. List prices on the site include VAT.
  • Payment: bank link or card at checkout, or invoice. Public bodies pay net 30 days, verified companies net 14 days.
  • VAT: 24% for Estonian buyers. No Estonian VAT for businesses and institutions in another EU country with a valid VAT number in VIES.
  • Delivery: from our stock in Tallinn. In-stock items are packed and dispatched within 1 working day.
  • Legal guarantee: 2-year EU legal guarantee, handled by us in Tallinn. Spare parts in stock.
  • Contact: info@indoorgarden.ee, +372 5573 011. We reply within 1 working day.

Who we work with

Offices. A garden in the office kitchen gives people fresh basil for lunch and something green to look after together. A LetPot Max refills itself from an external tank, which makes it the easiest choice for a shared space. Read more on our page for offices.

Corporate gifts. A small smart garden is a Christmas gift for employees or clients that keeps growing well into spring. We wrap it, add your card and send each parcel to its own address. See corporate gifts.

Kindergartens and schools. Children sow, watch the roots grow and taste what they harvest. We suggest child-safe plants, safe placement and a plan for holidays. See kindergartens and schools.

Care homes. A garden at table height can become a regular activity with herbs to smell, touch and pick. See care homes.

Public sector. Municipalities and state institutions get a written quote, an invoice with the order and e-invoices. See buying as a public institution.

Restaurants and cafés. A LetPot Max near the pass gives a kitchen fresh herbs, and a CitySens planter brings living greenery into the dining room. Herbs grown on site still follow your own food safety plan, like any other ingredient.

Three ways to buy

Order online and pay by bank link or card

If you know what you want, add it to the cart in our shop and pay at checkout by bank link or card. This is the quickest route for one or two gardens or a few seed packets.

Request a written quote

For larger or mixed orders, delivery to many addresses or anything you need to get approved first, ask us for a written quote. It lists every product, the VAT, the delivery cost and the delivery time we can confirm for your address. The quote is valid for 30 days, so you can file it with your purchase documents or compare it with other offers. Use the quote request form below or write to info@indoorgarden.ee.

Order by invoice

Public bodies such as kindergartens, schools, municipalities and state institutions pay by invoice, net 30 days. Companies can pay by invoice, net 14 days, once we have verified the company’s registry code or VAT number. Send us your order by e-mail or confirm your quote. Public bodies receive the invoice with the order.

VAT explained

Our list prices include VAT. What you actually pay depends on where your organisation is and whether it has an EU VAT number. Your quote shows every line with and without VAT.

Who is buyingVAT on our invoice
A company, kindergarten, school, municipality or other institution in EstoniaEstonian VAT 24%. There is no VAT-free option for Estonian buyers.
A business or institution in another EU country with a valid VAT number checked in VIES, goods shipped from EstoniaNo Estonian VAT. This is an intra-Community supply under Article 138 of the EU VAT Directive. Both VAT numbers appear on the invoice and you account for VAT in your own country.
A public body or kindergarten in another EU country without a VAT numberYour own country’s VAT, for example Finland 25.5%, Latvia 21%, Lithuania 21% or Poland 23%. We are registered for the EU VAT One-Stop Shop (OSS) and pay it to your country’s tax authority. Never 0%.

We check every foreign VAT number in the EU’s VIES system before we invoice without VAT. If the number does not validate, we have to charge VAT. This is a plain-language summary and not tax advice, so ask your accountant if your situation is unusual.

E-invoices

We can send e-invoices to Estonian public bodies and to Estonian companies that are registered as e-invoice recipients. Tell us your e-invoice address, order number or reference in the quote request and we put it on the invoice. For buyers in Finland, Latvia and Lithuania, e-invoices are available on request, and we confirm in the quote whether we can reach your e-invoice channel. If you do not need an e-invoice, we send a PDF invoice to the e-mail address you give us.

Delivery and lead times

All stock is in Tallinn. In-stock items are packed and dispatched within 1 working day. Delivery time and cost depend on the country and the address, so we confirm both in your quote. If a model or a larger quantity is not in stock, we tell you that in the quote together with the date we can confirm. We do not have a showroom, so everything is ordered online, by e-mail or by phone.

Extras

  • Gift wrapping and a card insert with your message.
  • Delivery to many addresses. Send us a recipient list and each person gets their own parcel.
  • Setup help. A setup call online, or a setup visit in the Tallinn area by agreement.

We do not offer logo printing or branded packaging. Ask for the extras in your quote request and we include them in the quote.

Legal guarantee, spare parts and running costs

Every product comes with the 2-year EU legal guarantee, which we handle ourselves in Tallinn. If something stops working, write to klienditugi@indoorgarden.ee and we sort it out with you. We keep the common spare parts in stock: LetPot pumps, EU power adapters, replacement light panels, sponge and pod kits and nutrients.

Running costs are small and easy to budget. A pack of 200 grow sponges costs €24.99, a bottle of LetPot nutrients €17.99 and a seed packet from €1.39. Electricity for the light is about €21 a year for a garden with a light of around 24 W and about €31 a year for the 36 W LetPot Max, running 16 hours a day at a business tariff of about €0.15 per kWh. These figures cover the light only.

Frequently asked questions

Can we pay by invoice?

Yes. Kindergartens, schools, municipalities and state institutions pay by invoice, net 30 days. Companies pay by invoice, net 14 days, once we have verified the registry code or VAT number. Anyone can also pay by bank link or card at checkout.

Do you offer volume discounts?

We do not publish volume prices. Our list prices are on the site, and for larger or mixed orders we prepare an individual written quote.

How long is a quote valid?

30 days from the date on the quote. If your decision takes longer, ask us for an updated quote.

Why do we pay Estonian VAT if we are an Estonian company?

Estonian VAT at 24% applies to every sale of these goods within Estonia, whether the buyer is a person, a company or a public body. The VAT-free invoice is only possible when the buyer is in another EU country, has a valid VAT number in VIES and the goods are shipped there.

We are a kindergarten in Finland without a VAT number. What VAT do we pay?

Finnish VAT, currently 25.5%. Not 0% and not Estonian VAT: we are registered for the EU VAT One-Stop Shop (OSS) and pay Finnish VAT to the Finnish Tax Administration. Some municipalities have an EU VAT number, so check in VIES whether yours does.

Can you send an e-invoice?

Yes, to Estonian public bodies and to Estonian companies registered as e-invoice recipients. For Finland, Latvia and Lithuania we arrange it on request and confirm it in the quote.

Can you deliver to many addresses?

Yes. Send us a list of recipients and each person gets their own parcel. We include the delivery cost per parcel in the quote.

Can you print our logo on the gardens or the packaging?

No. We do not offer logo printing or branded packaging. We can wrap the gifts and add a card with your message.

How quickly do you deliver?

In-stock items leave our Tallinn stock within 1 working day. Delivery time depends on the country and the carrier, so we confirm it for your address in the quote. If you have a deadline, tell us and we check it before we confirm the order.

What does the legal guarantee cover?

We give the 2-year EU legal guarantee and handle it ourselves in Tallinn. If a garden develops a fault, contact klienditugi@indoorgarden.ee. We also keep pumps, power adapters, light panels and sponge kits in stock, so most repairs need only a small part.

Can you help us set it up?

Yes. We offer a setup call online, and in the Tallinn area a setup visit by agreement. Ask for it in your quote request.

Can we try a garden before we buy several?

You can buy one garden online first and order more later. We do not currently offer free trials or rental.

Which garden should we choose?

It depends on the room, the number of people and who looks after it. Our LetPot comparison shows the models side by side, and our sector pages suggest setups. Or describe your space in the quote form and we recommend one.
