This is the stronger of the two Osram Star Grow lamps. It fits a normal E27 fitting, and a switch on the lamp changes between three settings for seeding, growing and flowering.
I would choose the 20 W version for a larger plant, a group of pots or fruiting plants such as chillies and dwarf tomatoes.
