This is the bulb I would pick for a larger houseplant or a group of herb pots. The 40° beam concentrates the light on the plant, so more of it reaches the leaves than with a normal bulb. The light is a neutral white, which is pleasant in a living room.
It fits any E27 lamp. Hang or point it above the plant and run it for at least 8 hours a day in the dark season.
