What if my package is delayed or lost?

If your package is delayed, we will do our best to get it to you as quickly as possible. This usually means we contact the courier directly, investigate the cause of the delay, and work to move the shipment forward.

Delivery delays can occasionally happen due to factors outside our control, such as peak seasons, weather conditions, or courier network issues. When this happens, we actively follow up rather than leaving you to handle it alone.

If a package is confirmed as lost, we will cover it and send you a replacement at no additional cost. Before doing so, the courier must complete their investigation, which can take some time. As soon as the situation is officially confirmed, we act immediately to resolve it.
