About Garden Cress Microgreens
Garden cress is a fast-growing superfood known for its fresh, peppery flavour and high nutritional value. These microgreens are commonly used to enhance salads, sandwiches, smoothies, soups, and garnish dishes with both taste and visual appeal. They germinate extremely quickly, making them one of the easiest microgreens to grow for beginners and experienced growers alike.
Ideal for Hydroponics & Sprouting Bowls
This seed variety is perfectly suited for hydroponic growing systems, smart indoor gardens, and traditional sprouting bowls. In hydroponics, garden cress can grow up to 3x faster thanks to constant access to water and nutrients, making it a great choice for those who want quick harvest cycles. It also thrives in sprouting bowls without soil, producing clean and fresh greens ready to eat.
Garden cress microgreens are packed with vitamin C, vitamin A, vitamin K, folate, iron, calcium, and potassium, they offer a natural boost for your immune system, skin health, bones, and daily energy levels. Their high antioxidant content — including glucosinolates and flavonoids — helps reduce inflammation and supports healthy digestion and metabolism.
