Terms of service

Effective from: 06.07.2025

1. Scope and Validity

These terms and conditions apply to all users of the online store www.indoorgarden.ee (hereinafter “Online Store”), operated by UX Labor OÜ (hereinafter “Seller”). By using the Online Store and placing an order, the buyer (hereinafter “Buyer”) confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

2. Purchasing and Orders

Products available for purchase are marked with “Add to cart.” Prices and availability may change without notice. Orders placed before a price change will be processed with the price valid at the time of order.

The Seller may cancel orders if:

  • The product is out of stock
  • The product was marked “On Order” but is unavailable
  • A system error caused incorrect pricing or product details

To place an order, add products to your cart, select delivery and payment methods, and confirm the order. The Sales Contract is concluded once payment is received or a financing agreement is signed.

Payment

You can pay securely using the following methods:

  • Estonian bank transfers
  • Finnish bank transfers
  • Latvian bank transfers
  • Lithuanian bank transfers
  • Visa/Mastercard credit and debit cards
  • Apple Pay and Google Pay
  • “Buy Now, Pay Later” solutions

Note: When paying via bank link, be sure to click the “Return to Merchant” button on your bank’s page.

All payments are processed by Maksekeskus AS. Transactions take place outside of the Online Store in a secure environment—bank‐link payments occur within your bank’s secure portal, and card payments occur within Maksekeskus AS’s secure environment. The seller does not have access to your bank or card details. The sales contract becomes effective once the due amount is received in the Online Store’s settlement account. The Online Store owner is the data controller for personal information and forwards only the data necessary to complete payments to the authorized processor, Maksekeskus AS.

Delivery

Products are delivered to the address provided in the order. Please ensure the accuracy of your information to avoid delays. Damaged packaging must be reported immediately to klienditugi@indoorgarden.ee.

If the buyer fails to collect the product within 14 days of the agreed pickup date, the Seller may cancel the order and claim storage costs from the prepaid amount.

Our Shipping Policy covers all orders placed on indoorgarden.ee and delivered within Estonia and the European Union. We currently ship to every location in Estonia and to most EU countries. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, after which you’ll receive a confirmation email or SMS containing a tracking link.

Delivery options

  • Estonia: Omniva, Smartposti, DPD, Unisend or Venipak parcel lockers, and Omniva, Smartposti or DPD courier services. Typical delivery time is 1–4 business days unless a different timeframe is noted on the product page.
  • European Union: Standard tracked courier service with an estimated delivery time of 3–10 business days, depending on destination and any product-specific notes.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout according to destination and method; qualifying orders above the advertised threshold ship free. All parcels include tracking. If a shipment is delayed, first consult the tracking information; if the issue remains, email us and we’ll help resolve it. Undeliverable packages—caused by incorrect addresses or parcels not collected in time—are returned to us; we will then arrange re-delivery, and additional shipping fees may apply. VAT is included in the final price for all EU orders, and no extra customs charges apply within the European Union.

3. Right of Withdrawal

Buyers may withdraw from the sales contract within 14 days of receiving the goods. Notify us in writing to klienditugi@indoorgarden.ee.

No right of withdrawal applies to:

  • Opened sealed goods unsuitable for return due to hygiene reasons
  • Opened audio/video recordings or software
  • Gift cards with used codes

Upon withdrawal:

  • All payments (including delivery) will be refunded within 14 days
  • Returns must be made within 14 days
  • Refunds may be withheld until returned goods are received
  • Returns must be in original packaging with all components and gifts
  • Return shipping costs are paid by the Buyer
  • The Buyer is liable for diminished value if the product was used beyond normal inspection

4. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled after payment but before delivery by emailing klienditugi@indoorgarden.ee with your order number.

5. Return and refund policy

If for any reason the product purchased from our online store is not suitable for you, you have the right to return the item within 14 days. A full refund will be issued in accordance with the general terms and conditions of the online store.

To initiate a return, you must either complete the withdrawal form provided or send a written notice of withdrawal in free form to the following email address: klienditugi@indoorgarden.ee.

The buyer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the returned goods if the item has been used in a manner beyond what is necessary to assess its nature, characteristics, and functionality. To determine these aspects, the buyer may handle and examine the item only to the extent that would be permitted in a physical retail environment.

A refund for the returned goods will be issued to the buyer’s bank account without undue delay, but no later than 14 days from the date the seller receives the buyer’s notice of withdrawal. However, Indoorgarden.ee reserves the right to withhold the refund until the goods have been returned or the buyer has provided proof of having returned them.

Returns are not accepted for goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if the packaging has been opened after delivery. Additionally, opened audio or video recordings and computer software cannot be returned.

6. Data Protection

UX Labor OÜ processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. Data may be used to fulfill orders, improve service, and send relevant notices. With consent, data may also be used for marketing purposes. Consent can be withdrawn at any time.

7. Liability and Complaints

Buyers may submit complaints within 2 years of delivery and no later than 2 months after discovering a defect. Products must not be used if doing so worsens the defect.

The Seller is not responsible for:

  • Damage due to improper use
  • Normal wear and tear

Keep your proof of purchase (invoice, contract). Complaints can be submitted via email to klienditugi@indoorgarden.ee.

8. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute cannot be resolved by agreement, the Buyer may contact the Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority: Pronksi 12, 10117 Tallinn, email: info@ttja.ee

9. Additional Terms

  • Images are for illustration purposes only
  • Product info and availability may change without notice
  • Obvious pricing errors (e.g., €300 smart garden listed for €30) may lead to order cancellation
  • Product info may not always be complete – contact support if in doubt
  • Seller may apply purchase limits during promotional campaigns
