Yes, you can order as a company with a valid EU VAT ID. For EU B2B (intra-Community) transactions, VAT is usually charged at 0% when both companies are VAT-registered and located in different EU countries.
To place a VAT-free B2B order, please contact us before ordering and include:
- Your company name
- Company address
- EU VAT ID
- The products you would like to order
We will then issue a company invoice with 0% VAT (in line with EU intra-Community supply rules). Once the invoice is paid and funds have arrived, we will ship the order from our Estonian warehouse.
Important notes
- VAT-free (0%) applies to EU B2B orders only with a valid VAT ID
- The VAT ID must be verifiable in the EU VIES system
- Orders are shipped after payment is received
- Consumer (B2C) orders are charged VAT as required by law
